Our community room is available to rent for birthdays, reunions, showers, club meetings, church groups, and community gatherings — right here in Patrick County. Check the calendar, request your date, and pay securely online.
How renting works
Four simple steps from request to event day.
Check the calendar
Green days are open. Reservations can be made up to 6 months ahead and must be at least 7 days out.
Submit your request
Tell us your date, hours, and contact information, and agree to the rental rules. Your date is held while we review.
We approve it
Our community room coordinator reviews the request and emails you an approval with payment instructions.
Pay & pick up the key
Pay online through Zeffy at least 7 days before your event, then arrange key pickup with squad personnel.
Rental fees
A $25.00 refundable security deposit applies to every rental and is returned after the room is inspected and found clean and undamaged.

- Room capacity as posted in the facility (approx. 100 guests)
Not permitted
- No alcoholic beverages may be served or consumed on the premises
- No smoking inside the building
- No tape, staples, tacks or fasteners on walls or ceilings
- Business offices, day room and apparatus bay are off limits
- Do not exceed the posted room capacity
Violating the rental agreement may prevent future rentals.
